About the Role
Dynamic Group is growing, and we are seeking an In-House IT Specialist to join our team. We recognize the importance of skilled professionals, and we are confident that the right candidate will contribute significantly to our continued growth and success. The IT Specialist oversees the implementation, maintenance, and support of technology systems within the organization. This role ensures the efficient operation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure, while also providing technical guidance to staff. The specialist collaborates across departments to assess technological needs, develop strategic solutions, manage vendor relationships, and stay current with emerging technologies that enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Order IT equipment for new hires and ensure proper setup.
- Approve and order IT equipment requests for the team.
- Train new employees in systems, tools, and procedures.
- Handle onboarding and terminations ensuring all access has been restricted.
- Create and manage email signatures for new hires.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues and troubleshooting.
- Maintain the employee directory and group email accounts.
- Collaborate with IT partners/vendors as needed to resolve issues.
- Manage all IT partner/vendor accounts.
- Support employee IT needs.
- Monitor Verizon, AT&T and Dell accounts.
- Tag and track IT equipment, repairs, and associated costs.
- Keep an updated inventory of all IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security.
- Oversee technical needs and functionality of conference room systems.
- Conduct regular data backups and integrity checks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems.
- Familiarity with Google, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and account management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track assets and repairs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Degree or relevant certifications (CompTIA A+ to advanced specializations in cloud, security and project management, CISSP or CEH (Cyber Security), Microsoft, Cisco) required.
Compensation Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year (paid bi-weekly).
